What to check before you call
A few simple, safe checks will help you describe the problem.
- 1Check whether your neighbours have power.If the whole building or street is out, it's a grid fault: call Enedis on 09 72 67 50 75.
- 2Check the main breaker and the panel.Find the breaker or RCD that has tripped and reset it once.
- 3If it trips again, unplug everything.A faulty appliance is often the cause. Plug them back one by one to find it.
- 4If nothing works, call us.Tell us what you noticed so we bring the right parts.
