FAQ

Your questions

How quickly can you come?

For emergencies we do our best to come the same day. For planned work, we set a date together once the quote is approved.

Is the quote really free?

Yes. The quote is free with no obligation. You only pay for work you have approved.

What equipment do you use?

We fit equipment from well-known brands stocked by wholesalers, such as Legrand, Schneider Electric or Hager, so parts stay easy to replace.

My wiring works. Does it still need upgrading?

Working doesn't mean safe. If your home is over 30 years old, or has no 30 mA RCD or earthing, an inspection is recommended.

Which areas do you cover?

All 20 arrondissements of Paris and the nearby suburbs.
